Alixandra England, MHA
Healthcare Operations & Health IT Consultant
Alixandra England holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration and Policy from George Mason University and brings over 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, Health IT, and practice management.
Her background includes supporting organizations such as the Veterans Health Administration, Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, and private specialty practices. Beginning her career as a Medical Office Administrator for a startup plastic surgery practice, Alixandra gained firsthand experience in practice operations, patient workflows, and business growth.
She later transitioned into Health IT, developing expertise in SharePoint, Drupal, EMR systems, digital transformation, and process improvement.
Today, she helps healthcare practices optimize operations, implement technology solutions, and build scalable systems that support long-term growth and exceptional patient care.
